The company operates through three main segments: Power, which designs, manufactures, and services gas, nuclear, hydro, and steam technologies; Wind, which provides onshore and offshore wind turbines and blades; and Electrification, which offers grid solutions, power conversion, solar and storage solutions, and digital technologies for the transmission, distribution, and management of electricity.
Challenge
The organization needed to help learners with varying levels of technical expertise confidently interpret complex engineering schematics for troubleshooting and field operations.
Traditional training either overwhelmed learners with technical detail or oversimplified the content, limiting its practical value. The challenge was to make technical complexity accessible without sacrificing engineering rigor. Further, the training must help accelerate progression from foundational understanding to practical application.

Rather than simplifying the content, Mediant Labs redesigned the learning experience.

The alpha version was right on target. Mediant Labs did an excellent job integrating technical concepts into an engaging, visually appealing learning experience.
